Earthly Wisdom: Nurturing the Stomach and Our Inner Landscape

Recap: October 2025

As we move into the first day of November and officially welcome Fall, I’m grateful to reflect on the journey we’ve shared so far. It is the season of Metal. The leaves falling mark a transitional time of preparation. Earth breaks down and prepares the soil for next years growth. It is the time of reflection, the time to look back on your successes of the year. And to plan how to carry those successes into next year.

October’s Theme: Earthly Grounding

We dove deeper into the wisdom of the Five Elements Form, embracing the energies of the Earth element. Through our practice, we cultivated stability within ourselves. We grounded our roots in the natural world, releasing any disconnection from our inner landscape.

October’s Reflections

As the leaves change colors and the air grows crisp, we’ve had the opportunity to reflect on our personal growth and transformation. Like the trees that shed their old skin for new life, we released old patterns and afflictions, making way for new growth and renewal. We nourished our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, honoring the cyclical processes that shape our journeys.

Important Update

Please note that tomorrow’s class on November 2nd has been postponed due to our workshop at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. Our weekly class will resume next Sunday.

Join Us Next Time!

As we enter the season of harvest and preparation, join us on November 9th as we continue our journey of self-reflection, growth, and transformation. Let’s cultivate more Earthly wisdom and grounding in our lives.

Warm regards,
🌿Rie Cherie🌿
